If you’ve knocked out a tooth, try to avoid touching the root of the tooth – pick up the tooth by the crown, and if it’s dirty rinse it with water and try and replace it into the socket, gently applying pressure. Keep the tooth moist – if you cannot replace it in the socket, place it in milk or in your mouth inside your cheek, and try to make it to our clinic within 30 minutes.
