Coverage & payment

Insurance & Payment Options

We work with most major Canadian dental insurance plans and offer flexible payment options to make your dental care straightforward.

Direct Insurance Billing

We bill most major Canadian dental insurance plans directly, so you don't have to pay the full amount upfront and wait for reimbursement. Simply bring your insurance card and member ID to your appointment and our team will handle the claim on your behalf.

Accepted plans include most employer group benefit plans and many individual dental plans offered through Canadian carriers. If you're unsure whether your plan is accepted, give us a call before your visit and we'll confirm.

Payment Options

For any balance remaining after insurance, or for patients without coverage, we accept the following forms of payment:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit (Interac)
  • Cash

Government Program

Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)

The Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) is a federal government program designed to help Canadians who do not have access to private dental insurance. It provides coverage for a range of dental services for eligible individuals and families.

Who may qualify:

  • Canadian residents without existing dental insurance coverage
  • Individuals and families who meet income-testing thresholds set by the federal government
  • Eligible applicants must apply through the Government of Canada

You can check your eligibility and apply through the Government of Canada. Learn More.

We accept the CDCP at Wildwood Dental Clinic.

Eligibility is determined by the federal government. We are not able to determine your eligibility on your behalf. However, our team is happy to answer questions about how to use your CDCP benefit for care at our clinic. Please call us or ask at your next visit.

Patient Financing with LendCare

We offer patient financing through LendCare, a Canadian healthcare financing provider. LendCare lets you spread the cost of dental treatment, including crowns, implants, orthodontics, and other major procedures, over flexible monthly payments rather than paying everything upfront.

Applications can be completed online in minutes or in clinic with help from our team. Financing is subject to credit approval; terms and monthly amounts are presented before you accept any offer.
